The Two Way Lead Recording system

This revolutionary system not only offers exhibitors the chance to collect contact details about the visitors, it also gives every single visitor the chance to collect data for the exhibitors that they speak to.

They will collect details by being scanned by the exhibitors and then receive a thank you email after the show which includes a link to their online directory.

Here's how it works:

The first step as an exhibitor is to order your scanners, you will then be asked to provide a few details, including a logo and a short description of what you do, as well as a website address and contact details that you would like every visitor that you see to have. Your online advert will then be set up combining this information

At the event, you will need to make sure that you scan the badges of everyone that you see on your stand/over coffee/at the bar, with the visitors permission of course. The more people you scan, the more people you will have data for. Meanwhile the visitors, as keen as the exhibitors to make contacts, will be asking to have their badges scanned all over the event.

After the event, every visitor will receive an email thanking them for their attendance and providing them with a link to their own personal online directory. This contains extended details on everyone that they have spoken to at the event.

You will have access to the data throughout the event and therefore may have already contacted the visitors by the time they get back to the office. From this point though, both exhibitors and visitors have the opportunity to get in touch and turn any "promising leads" into real business.

The exhibitor lead reference includes:

A simple to use, 5000 scan capacity bar code scanner for use during the event.

The ability to set up your own Lead Management for the event online, including your own lead qualification sheet which you can print at the office or collect on site.

Downloads during the event, access to data 24 hours after the show closes. 24 hours after the event you can (with a user name & password) log-on to the website and see all your sales leads from the event - From each individual scanner or all scanners together from your stand.

You can filter the data to report on everyone who was interested in a particular product or who is interested in purchasing in the next 3 months for example. Your lead qualification settings are all that limits how many different ways you will be able to analyse the data.

Visitor data will include:

Visitor name and Job title.

Visitor organization name and full postal address.

Organization telephone, e-mail & fax number.
