BUILD-UP - Space only

Access to halls for contractors and exhibitors will be from 10.00am on Sunday 22 January 2012.

All stands must be completed by 8.00pm, Monday 23 January 2012.

BUILD-UP - Shell scheme

Access to halls A, B, C & M for exhibitors will be from 8.00am on Monday 23 January 2012.

All stands must be completed by 8.00pm, Monday 23 January 2012. Any shell scheme exhibitor, interior stand contractor or stand dresser requiring additional build up time must notify the organiser, in writing, before the 25 November 2011.

BREAKDOWN.

Exhibits are not to be, under any circumstances, removed or stands dismantled before the exhibition closes at 4.00pm on Thursday 26 January 2012. Breakdown on Thursday 26 January will be from 4.00pm until 9.00pm.

The small exit doors ONLY will be opened between 4pm and 5pm to allow for hand-carried items to be removed.

The large goods doors will be opened from 5pm giving access for the forklifts.

This change is a consequence of Health & Safety requirements allowing all visitors a safe exit, and a safer environment for all exhibitors and contractors during the breakdown procedure.

Exhibitors wishing to breakdown stands on Friday 27 January 2012 will have access to the halls from 7.00 am. Dragon Road Vehicle Park will be open from 7.00 am.

All stands in halls A, B, C, D, E, M, Q and Kings Suite must be cleared by 11.30am on Friday 27 January 2012.

All vehicles delivering or collecting equipment to/from the Exhibition Centre will be required, upon arrival in Harrogate, to report to the Holding Area (Dragon Road Car Park). A pass will be issued permitting vehicles to transit to the Exhibition Centre when instructed by the Traffic Controllers. Only vehicles displaying these passes will be allowed to park outside the Exhibition Centre.
